Was an OK nights stay but not quite worth the $114 room rate for off season? Heat and bathroom fans very noisy. Breakfast was very well stocked and the cheese and egg omlets very good!

FELT DIRTY UNSAFE AND NOT AS LISTED

the front desk lobby seemed very nice clean and fresh however once we checked in we found out the restaurant was not open and wouldnt open during our stay, also the pool was not open we booked a place for a restaurant and pool that was very disappointing after driving all day we wanted to be at our hotel for the night. then we get to the dirty hallway to get to our room the halls smelled awful like smoke damp mildew and cigarettes and pot the room was just ok and we felt a little uneasy finding waterbugs in bathroom and hair on pillow case the breakfast that advertised omlets was bread and cerel and in breakfast room i had a very big and gross black spider cross by my feet not happy at all

Comfortable stay

Always an acceptable stay. Continental breakfast is very good. Only complaint would be that the shower in my room has the temp controls backward on the shower... After setting the shower to red which should be hot I got into a cold shower and was about ready to go to the front desk, but after filling around with it I learned that rotating it towards blue gave me a hot shower. Just a weird little inconvenience. I like the space in the summer cuz it has a really nice outdoor pool it also has an indoor pool a little small and it actually didn't look like it was open this time I didn't even ask but when I did walk by to go to the vending machine the pool area looked very dark and the water level in the pool looked very low - if I had intended to use the pool that would have been a big disappointment, as it is advertised as having a pool.

When I booked this place it was supposed to be pet friendly. The staff was rude and incompetent. I sent them a pdf of my ESA and they couldn’t open it. The manager came out and was telling me to read the sign and wondering where my dog was. They wouldn’t rent me the room and I had to leave and find another place to stay.

Knowing how old the space is, and the life it's had - it's an excellent place to stay when you're in the Liberty area. The cost was reasonable. It had more amenities than I took advantage of. My review is more of a reminder about your location - you're in a smaller town that isn't always hosting tourists. There isn't a pantry/market - there's a vending machine for drinks. There aren't name brand amenities, so bring your liquids! But there is a McDs and BK in front of and next to... a gas station if you want to pick up your own provisions (water), and the diner is walkable and deeeelicious. You have a fridge and microwave. I appreciated the coat hangers above the shoe bench, and the room was spacious. Bathroom was small, but I have yet to be in a big bathroom in NY :) the town itself is quiet, and this was a lovely place to lay my head while I was visiting.

As soon as we came to our room, I notified via e mail and then went personally to the front desk, that a towel was missing and never got the towel. We are 3 adults and 2 kids, only received 3 towels.
