Didnt like this place at all. Stayed at 3 other amazing hotels. Fresh paint to make it appear renovated. Cheap quality modern design. I’m blonde and black hairs on bed. Only garbage is a rusted flip top beside the toilet with a stuck lid so prop it open or get your hands messy amongst your used toilet paper waste. Sewer smell. No hot water. Toilet lid rests on your back. The continuous motion activated ding dong entrance bell drove me

The hotel is suffering from significant maintenance issues. We struggled with the plumbing throughout our visit: it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower, and the sink never got warm at all. More importantly, our toilet was leaking. When we reported it, the attempted fix was to shut off the water pipe entirely, leaving us unable to flush. Because the leak persisted, we had to move to a different room in the middle of the night. The hotel needs a serious overhaul—from replacing oxidized trash bins and rotten wood under the sinks to fixing basic plumbing. Until these repairs are made, it’s hard to recommend a stay here.

Preis-Leistung ist ganz gut. Durch die Lage ist es recht laut. Das ist aber nicht so problematisch, da auch Ohrstöpsel im Zimmer liegen. Es gab aber sehr viel Schimmel im Badezimmer, dass fand ich eher nicht so toll und sollte behoben werden.

Habitación limpia, le faltaba bote de basura y almohadas, así como teléfono para comunicarse a recepción o servicios. Cabe mencionar que tienen un RESTAURANTE-BAR pegado a las habitaciones y no respetan el horario que la gerencia estableció de 22:30 horas para terminar.... y siguió y siguió la musica a alto volumen asi como los gritos de borrachos. Se le hizo ver a encargada de recepción y no pudo con ellos. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA

La recepcionista fue súper amable al recibirnos e inmediatamente después de hacer el check in planeábamos salir a caminar y conocer el centro de Oaxaca y hueste en ese momento comenzó a llover pero muy amablemente nos prestó un paraguas para poder salir del hotel

The winning point for this hotel is its location, prime center location a couple blocks from Templo de Santo Domingo de Guzmán ... it's a place to rest your head at night after a long day of walking, but don't expect too much of anything else. There's no attention to detail nor to the overall experience like we've had at other hotels and bed and breakfast in the city, and the price reflects it. The hotel is obviously cleaned daily, but the sheets and towels feel old and dingy, the sink and faucet in our room felt not taken care of, rusted. The bed was hard, and the pillows varied, one harder, the other a bit softer. Some of the staff were courteous, but others did the bare-minimum to earn their pay. We had some issues on check-in, and then the AC in our friend's room didn't work and the front desk clerk didn't want to move him, them our other friend's reservation was cancelled months before and they had no idea. Luckily they were to arrive days after us and we asked about their reservation on check-in, so it was able to get handled. Would recommend this hotel for an emergency nights stay, but not for a city vacation. There's also an Argentinian restaurant on the second floor, right next to the hotel's second floor bedrooms, so mind the noise!!

Por desgracia no hay red asi que si quieres comunicarte tienes que salir a la calle. No hay teléfono para comunicarse con recepción asi igualmente hay que salir. Y el agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, esto es vital que se arregle, ya que se desperdicia muchisima agua.

Nos encantó. Super ubicada, tranquila. Si bien esta sobre una calle muy transitada, te dejan tapones para los oidos, aunque en nuestro caso no fue necesario usarlos. Super recomendados los tours con Josefina que estan afuerita del hotel. El unico inconveniente que tuvimos es que nos mandaron a facturar con Expedia. Aunque explique que es el hotel quien ya debe facturar, nos dijeron que no.

Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño, caminas sin chocar con los muebles y hay buena señal de internet (se interrumpe un poco cuando hay tormenta). Lo que cambiaría sería poner un bote extra para la basura y cambiar la llave del lavabo, ya que es muy alta y salpica por todos lados, incluso se derrama el agua chorreada por las paredes del mueble; dos de las tres noches salió agua fría, no sé porque no encendían el calentador. Te toma 10 o 15 minutos para llegar a los puntos principales del Centro Histórico, si tres calles abajo te encuentras con dos o tres cafeterías de especialidad con buen servicio y comida. Te dan tampones para oídos porque en las noches los restaurantes de alrededor tienen música a alto volúmen.
