Great for families. Travelled with a young toddler. He loved the atrium, so much so we requested to have a room right up to it shortly after we checked in. Staff was happy to accommodate, made the stay so fun. Things are a little dated but overall was a good experience. We stayed two nights and I would say the property is in major need of an upgrade. I also had an issue with having lots of kids being unattended with no parents in the pool when I was trying to take my young kids swimming. Also, we had an incident where a bottle of water spilled on a bed, I asked for clean bedding and said I’d even change it myself but they kept offering me a rollaway but I refused until someone just brought me some sheets and blankets. The play structures are in need of a clean, my toddler came off of it filthy, her entire outfit needed clean. Pro: the kids loved it. And the beds are comfy.
