We were only there one night but the staff were friendly and very helpful when our food was delivered without utensils. The breakfast includes eggs, sausage and a waffle bar, so there was a lot to choose from. It was also very convenient to both restaurants and the venue we were seeing a concert at.

Breakfast was ok usual hotel breakfast. No bacon only sausage or turkey sausage links. Almost everything Saran wrapped. WiFi is terrible, very slow when it works. Room was clean and comfortable, large screen TV, A/C heating unit worked well. There was a transient out back drinking and on his phone, staff too busy on their phones to walk the property or tell him to leave.

Overall staff was courteous but not particularly interested or helpful. We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon for a 4 night stay. The room entryway light was out - it eventually started flickering so we turned it off. When we went out that evening, we advised the front desk. The next day we went to the convention center and returned late afternoon. The light hadn't been fixed. When we left again for dinner, I realized the room door wasn't locked. The green light came on when the key card was passed over it but it opened without the key card. I reported that to the front desk and asked them to send someone to look at it. I left for dinner although I should have stayed out of concern for our valuables in the room. When I returned, the front desk just said they'd give me a new room. No offer to help me move things. I moved all of our stuff to the other room which fortunately was just a few doors down. The new room was a little better although the curtains were coming off the curtain rod leaving a big gape to exterior lighting which was pretty bright. Additionally, there appeared to be a homeless person hanging out in the hotel with hoodie pulled all the way over the face completely obscuring the face. I saw this person sitting in the hotel and wandering the downstairs hall on Wednesday and Thursday.

This hotel definitely needs some work on the premises, showing its age and feels run down. Also, needs vacuuming under couches in main dining area. Room bathroom was not clean. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Toilet kept running and had condensation on outside of tank.we will not stay here again even though we are members.

The hotel overall was “tired,” wallpaper peeling away in lobby and hallways, conduit wiring for fire alarm box yanked away from the wall , lack of vacuuming debris along hall baseboards and doors, elevators floor lights out and rocky ascent. The room had ripped shades on the lamps, and usb charging ports did not work, but beds were clean and comfy and bathroom was maintained.

The staff is nice. The problem is that there are only two handicap parking spots in front of the building and two more all the way in the back. This is unacceptable for people like me who have to park far from the entrance. None of the electrical outlets by the beds worked, and the TV channels are limited, with no access to streaming channels. I was disappointed and won’t come back, even for one night.
