Most staff were friendly and as responsive as they could be. Check- in for 2 of our 4 rooms was delayed 2 hours. Our room was clean and comfortable but construction was not great. Our bathroom door ended up being removed and not repaired for the 3 days there and the bedroom door would not close fully (common we were told). Most service providers were apologetic and kind - with one exception where we were not treated well. The breakfast meals were good and staff were generally very pleasant - but the maintenance response was sub-standard. The hotel ended up compensating us 100% for our room which was appreciated.
