Me clonaron la tarjeta de crédito en el hotel. Fue el único lugar dónde pagué con tarjeta de crédito.
La noche que llegué la alarma de incendios sonó. Mientras los alojados salían a la calle durante la emergencia, lo srs. De recepción seguían recibiendo clientes y dijeron nada sobre la situación. Finalmente subimos a,las habitaciones y nuevamente sonaron las alarmas. Los del hotel realmente no sabían que hacer

our experience was good. Staff was friendly enough and we were able to get checked in and checked out quickly. Enjoyed the private driveway to be able to unload our luggage without the stress of traffic honking by.

The staff didn't project a friendly atmosphere. Very rigid and distant. No bell person to assist with baggage and you had to ask for assistance.

Nice location
All the staff were helpful, particularly the front desk. WiFi in the rooms was good, and room was clean. Only two hangars for clothes and our room was a bit noisy. Breakfast was decent, but seemed understaffed as they were always out of plates, coffee cups, etc. Overall a good stay

Problemas de segurança
Tivemos um grave problema de segurança. A porta de um quarto foi deixada aberta e outro quarto teve as malas e mochilas reviradas.
Registramos incidente e, mesmo indo embora dois dias depois, os funcionários se limitaram a dizer que a Gerência não viu nada nas câmeras (negando acesso às filmagens). Não houve sequer um pedido de desculpas. Um absurdo para um hotel desse porte.
Ponto favorável: localização muito boa (para quem quer ficar em San Isidro).
Pontos negativos: gerência ausente, café da manhã sem variedade (todos os dias as mesmas coisas), com reposição demorada e poucas opções. O serviço de arrumação não repõe sabonete todos os dias.

I stayed at Dazzler by Wyndham Isidora in Lima and was extremely disappointed with the experience.
Poor Maintenance: The room had no consistent access to hot water, and the refrigerator didn’t work at all. One of the electrical outlets short-circuited and damaged my personal items—an alarming safety hazard.
Cleanliness Issues: The linens on the bed were visibly dirty upon check-in, and cutlery in the restaurant was often unclean.
Terrible Service: The front desk staff lacked courtesy and seemed disinterested in resolving issues. The restaurant service was just as poor—breakfast was chaotic, with long waits and missing items. Simply getting a clean cup or plate was a struggle.
This hotel does not reflect the standards expected of the Wyndham brand. I would strongly recommend reviewing more reliable options before booking.
