The tub stopper did not fit, so we could not take baths. I called Guest Services, there was no answer. I went to reception and spoke with the manager, who said the hotel was full so they could not move our room, and facilities was unstaffed at the moment, so he could not help us nor give us a new tub stopper to try. Breakfast staff sat around and I had no go up to the bar to get service and ask how I could obtain breakfast. Lastly, there were no forks or knives at the breakfast buffet. When I asked restaurant staff, they said we had to "sign out" a fork and knife using our room number. This is ridiculous, and not Marriot-level service. Nice accommodations, nice pool and gym, mediocre service.
