Good hotel, needs food options like a cafe or a grab and go. Room was stuffy but we were given a fan. Parking was a bit far, had to drag suitcases up a hill.

Great service, central location and helpful staff. Only drawback is that it is located on bus and tram only street.

The room was very small. No air conditioning, but provided a fan. Very noisy outside having to have window open. Shower super small. Tv didn't work at all. Not smart tv so couldn't use any apps as a back up. WiFi was not consistent/reliable. Our room didn't get cleaned one of the days. We were walking out as cleaning crew was walking in. We told them we were leaving for the day and please clean the room.

It cost me over $500.00 to give this review, and I have given it a lot of thought. I can't say anything bad about the facility, becasue I never actually stayed there. I have seen disgruntled people make claims of bedbugs and anything else that would smear the name of a hotel that they felt didn't treat them right. I have morals and would never do that. The reason that I didn't stay there was because the UK instituted their ETA visa program. Due to something that took place over 30 years ago, the UK decided that I needed a visa to visit. (I'm glad that I got to the chance to visit London before they created this ETA program.) Anyway, I live to far away from a British consulate to jump through the hoops to get a visa. As a result I had to change my plans to a less restrictive country. Peru! But yikes! I had to unwind an entire trip that was planned and paid for. Thankfully I was able to recoup most of my money. But guess who was not inclined to be understanding and compassionate. Yep, this place. Were they within their rights to refuse a refund? Yes they were. Should they have done it anyway? I think most people would have understood and refunded the money. They had months to rebook that room. I notified them last January. The moral of the story... NEVER BOOK A ROOM THAT IS NON-REFUNDABLE! If they don't offer a refundable option, MOVE ON! There are people out there that believe money trumps morals. Most all of us plan our trips with good and honest intentions. But s**t happens!
