I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.

Room was good. Beddimg comfortable. Am breakfast very dissapointing. Food being shut down 20 minutes before 10 am. Toaster not working. waffle irons and batter and bread items were the only options. Our choice for this booking was heavily influenced by the stated full breakfast . WE definitley were misguided and chose wrong.

Hotel itself is kind of a dump. Breakfast was the same everyday and, barely edible. A few stray roaches. Noisy hallyways BUT, the staff is outstanding. Plenty of parking. Lots of different places to eat close by. Seemed to be pretty safe and we had no issues. Traveling for work, perfect. Vacation, not so much I would stay here again

I used to come down and stay at that hotel in the late 80s The rugs and the furniture are all the same from almost 40 years ago The bathroom door was wood rotted The toilet and bathtub were all scratched up and discolored There were stains on the sink and countertop To rugged smelt like mold Garbage was overflowing in the hallways Only one person working at the desk during check-in It was a complete nightmare

Check in went smooth. But the musty odor in hall on the 4th.floor was nauseating. The elevator had the scraps of garbage for rhe entire week. Night 2 my check in info was no where to be found by reception. Then rooms keys had to be reprogrammed. Breakfast had no omlettes for a few days. No fruits. So, I gave up on going back. Room was avg nothing exciting, needs to be upgraded though.

Hotel is filthy. Carpets are full of stains, lamps that are supposed to be on the wall are on top of the nightstands. I pulled my 7 man crew out after one night and put them in an house. I wish I could post all the pictures I have. Don't believe any of the reviews claiming that this place is clean. They have to be fake.

Problems were handled expeditiously with the slow bathroom tub drain and light bulbs being replaced in the bedroom…Front Desk staff was courteous with a packed house. Improvement: Address some of the issues from the photos posted by other customers. View from 318 on to lower roof of the banquet rooms showed huge amount of trash and appeared to be what we have seen.
