Everything else needs improvement - bad customer service from lobby staff, room and bathroom are outdated and doesn’t feel clean, no trash cans in the apartment, tiny refrigerator, very limited kitchen utensils, pots, etc. It depends what you are looking for - location and views are amazing but apartment itself would not recommend.

I didn’t know this was a private apartment within Oaks Hotel, therefore we can not leave our luggage’s at the reception after check out, so need to prepare to take your luggage with you if leaving Sydney in the later time. I would give this property no stars if I could. Absolutely Terrible and I’m still in constant shock from the near death experience from my 8 yr old son who almost fell to his death from the balcony. It’s being reported to appropriate authorities so if you have kids DO NOT let them out on the balcony as they can climb up.
