This property is a type of B&B however we did not partake in the breakfast part. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was conveniently located near the Port of Naples making access to ferries easy however it was just far enough away from the train station to require transportation by taxi which was relatively expensive given the distance. The room was clean, modern and nicely appointed. Upon our arrival at the train station we walked into the middle of a Palestian protest which caused traffic kaos beyond the normal kaotic nature of traffic in Italy. We did not see areas of Naples outside the port area however we did note that the port area seemed to be relatively dirty with trash on the streets and garbage recepticles frequently overflowing. Access to points of interest like Pompeii and Capri were convenient by bus or ferry.

Was conveniently located in the heart of the city. Building was nice and safe. Host was so helpful and recommended a lot of activities and sites to see. She was super accommodating and even ordered us a taxi our last day. Thank you!

Great location, central to everything, Metro line right outside the door. Lots of places to eat close by and a great gelato/bakery in the same building. Only drawback is the mattress was uncomfortable and needed replacing, but besides that the room was very nice, with a great shower. The owner was very nice and had great communication. 9/10 for us, but that’s only because of the mattress if that gets replaced 10/10!

The property was well maintained, able to walk everywhere. Close to all shop prescient's. Central to the city. Highly recommend this property. The property owner is very helpful. They helped us sort out our transport to Napoli Afragola. Highly recommend.

Good: Room was large, clean, and in a good location. Easy to access the subway and the port. Hostess was accessible via what’s app for questions. Bad: Room was not as pictured, bedding was serviceable, but not as described. There is NO soundproofing; everything in the common area could be heard in the bedrooms, and I’m sure vice versa. The hostess asked the same questions more than 5 times despite having the answers. It was frustrating. Overall, it’s a great location, but not worth the price.

The check-in and the check-out procedures are easy. The room is basically clean. Staff is helpful. However, the property lacks maintenance and upgrades. Mold was found at the ceiling of the washroom and rust around the shower. Towels and blanket are old (although clean). Rooms are not sound proof and the main door is noisy that woke me up when other tenants came in or out at night. Nothing is close to "Luxury", as it was claimed to be.

Las habitación muy limpias, el servicio excelente. Nápoles en sí es bastante caótico, pensando que está uno en el centro/puerto. Es muy conveniente, frente al Depto hay unos restaurantes de comida napolitana muy ricos homemade style. Hay varios estacionamientos en las cercanías (privados y no muy baratos). Resumiendo, volvería al mismo Depto sin duda

Annunziata the owner is a lovely lady and welcomed me and my family to the property. We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay and would recommend single, couples, and families to come visit and stay. Wifi is available in the property as well as AC very important as we visited in the hot Aug summer break. The city has a lot to offer for food and history and for the romantics you can go to the islands by walking distance to the Ferry Port that have ferries going to all the Islands, Amalfi Coast/Positano, Ischia, and other islands. Lots of great food options also. If you want to stay within a family budget you can go to Via Toledo there are many nice shops, restaurants, cafes there. Enjoy your stay!

Overall, great stay and great host! The only downside to our room was the noise. We could hear everything happening outside of our door and everything from the room next to us. Noise cancellation was non-existent and we were woken up with loud door slams and very chatty people, which was obviously annoying but we looked past it. The room itself was great and so was our host! She let us leave our bags after checking out. We had a later flight and wanted to spend more time around the city and our bags were securely retrieved when we finally left.

Do not recommend

Not as described would not recommend at all. Felt like a prison with a communal kitchen and individual bedrooms that could be rented out. It was ridiculous. We were there five minutesand left promptly.
