Staff was friendly and helpful especially the fella with the dreadlocks. Our stay was fine outside of not having hot water in the evening. We notified the front desk who indicated that there was a ‘trick’ to getting it to work and stated she would come up to show us. After nearly 2 hours, she hadn’t come up. It was a Friday and when my husband went down to inquire again, the desk was busy, she said she would be up as soon as possible. We think that there was a knock about 9:30 but we were nearly asleep and it was only one time so maybe it wasn’t us? We had hot water in the morning so we thought it was fixed. That next night - no hot water - we notified the front desk and she came up to show us the ‘trick’. This wasn’t the end of the world but we were in town for a music festival and had come back to the hotel after a deluge of rain so wanted to shower and had to wait to learn the trick.
We were near the elevator and it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was pretty standard with scrambled eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, bacon, toast options, yogurt and juices.
