I stayed at the Wyndham during a recent family trip and, while I expected basic amenities, I was surprised by several oversights. Despite booking a room for four guests, only two water bottles were provided. I assumed this would be corrected during housekeeping the next day, but housekeeping never came. Attempts to reach housekeeping went unanswered, and when I contacted the front desk, I was told that only two bottles are provided—regardless of the number of guests—and that housekeeping is only offered every other day, even for a three-night stay.
Additionally, when I requested laundry bags, I was informed I’d need to collect them from the front desk myself. These details might have been more understandable if they had been clearly communicated either at booking or during check-in.
Lastly, while breakfast was advertised as available for purchase, it turned out to be more of a minimal “grab-and-go” option rather than a proper meal. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I left disappointed.
