I made a reservation here because it was one of the few in this part of town to include breakfast…WARNING! I was pressed for time before the last round of a golf tournament so all I needed was some eggs and sausage or bacon. You know, the standard almost every hotel provides. There were a few other options but it was nothing special… just a hotel breakfast. So I’m hurrying to get to the course and up comes a young lady with a charge slip for $13.87. I told her I wouldn’t sign it because my res was “including breakfast”. She picked up the charge and walked away. I thought nothing more of it until I received an email later in the day with the charges posted to my credit card. The room wasn’t cheap, the hotel was fairly quiet and I have no problem with the accommodations. But I’ll never stay here again. I feel like the victim of a “bait and switch”.
