THE RESERVATION SAID HANDICAPPED ASSESSED ROOM. OUR RESERVATION STATED SPOUSE USES A WHEELCHAIR. THE ROOM DID HAVE ANY GRAB BARS. THE HOTEL ROOM DOOR WAS BROKEN SO THEY DID NOT ISSUE A KEY SAYING THE MAINTENANCE MAN WAS GONE HOME. WE HAD TO STAY FOR TWO NIGHTS BECAUSE THE FRONT DESK WOULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND KNOWING THAT THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE GRAB BARS AND THE LOCK WAS BROKEN. MY SPOUSE HAD TO CHECK INTO ANOTHER HOTEL SO SHE COULD SHOWER AND WASH HER HAIR. I STAYED AT THE RED ROOF SINCE THEY WOULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND. THE MAINTENANCE PERSON NEVER CAME AND I NEVER WAS ISSUED A ROOM KEY!!!
