I have stayed at Ramada Inns before and usually, they are spot on with friendly staff, safe locations, clean facilities, above average service and amenities, but they dropped the ball hard on this one. Check in was easy and gentleman who checked us in was cordial. Really, the issues have nothing to do with customer service by the employees, since contact with them was minimal. The Good: -check in was easy -front desk worker was professional -requested to have multiple rooms adjoining and was accommodated -requested to change one of the rooms because of smell of cigarette smoke. The room offered to change to was worse, so we kept the original. -overall, the worker who checked us in was willing to accommodate reasonable requests without issues. The bad: -somewhat affordable -area is sketchy: prostitution activity right at the entrance to the parking lot—caveat to this is that if you leave them alone, and stick to your family activities, they (apparent crime driven people) stay out of your way -no google or Apple Pay -one of the rooms reeked of cigarette smell -place is old- walls/doors are dirty in common areas and in the rooms -floors were dirty so that if you walk barefoot, you can feel the dirt. If your feet are wet, you’ll see black dirt marks right away, indicative that the place isn’t properly cleaned/mopped. -NO BREAKFAST -hot tub out of service/wrapped in yellow tape -overall, place is old and rundown -DO NOT RECOMMEND, especially if accompanied by the family

We walked in the Ramada with the music blasting as we walked up the hallway. We find a guest disgruntled about the band playing loudly at 10:30 pm. We could barely communicate with the customer service rep because of the music. Then we find out they don’t serve breakfast anymore. We’ve been coming to this Ramada for nearly 10 years. This will be our last visit.

We were flying out of Tijuana early in the morning, so this hotel was in a convenient location. I liked the parking structure. The guest attendant, Reggie, had some issues with his hygiene (bad dandruff and visible scars, probably from eczema, on his arms). The room had nice new flooring, but everything else was average. The new windows were not installed properly so there was a gap which brought in a lot of noise from the freeway.

The staff was very rude, the room smelled like smoke, there was no blankets only two sheets on both mattresses, we had to ask for towels every day, the hot tub was so full of bleach. It burned our eyes. The hotel is in a rough neighborhood.

Reserve 3 noches y las últimas 2 noches no me hicieron el cuarto, no hicieron limpieza, no había toallas, jabón manos y shampoo, me dijeron que por haber reservado en una plataforma externa al hotel y que me hayan dado tarifa económica y al hacer la reservación decía que incluía desayunos y tampoco. Las camas y la puerta del baño rechinaban en exageración que era molesto, la verdad para mí tarifa únicamente tuve derecho a dormir sobre una cama que le rechinaba cada vez que me movía, al manifestar mi inquietud me dieron a entender que era lo que me tocaba al haber reservado con esa tarifa. La verdad tengo mala impresión de mi estancia, lo pensaría en recomendarla o volver a regresar ahí. Y por si fuera poco las toallas blancas manchadas de pintura roja y cucarachas en el cuarto. Ese es mi comentario.

Our room recked of smoke. Sticky floors, no ice in the ice machine, no breakfast included,had to hold on to the coffee filter to make coffee, no hair dryer, Dora was nice but Reggie the manager was not friendly. We paid for 3 nights but had to get out of there the last day because it was so bad.

Service was great!! Going up to 6th floor from car garage was easy and everything needed a key card and that made me feel more safe. Costumer service was great!! The party that downstairs has late at night was a big loud but didn’t bother us. We wanted to check that out but didn’t have time. The pool was decently clean and my kids had a blast. The only thing that I didn’t like was we were only given 2 towels at a time and none for the pool. I have 2 daughters with slot of hair so the towels got wet very fast and took a long time to dry.

This hotel was dirty and with roaches. There was someone canceling their stay while we were checking in due to roaches in the mini fridge. We checked in and then we saw one crawling on the floor by the bed, I killed it and that was the only one we saw throughout our stay.

Drug users everywhere, filthy rooms with poorly working showers. I knew enough to remove my belongings every morning when leaving for work but of all things, I didnt expect for my dirty laundry to be taken which is exactly what happened. Someone let themselves inside the room while i was gone and didnt bother making the bed, yet, basically stole my clothes. Overall, it was a weird and unsetlling stay and i will not be spending my money there again. I tried this place twice and im good on it. They also charge $15 a day for parking which they let you know upon check-in. They happily take it out of your deposit.

Chair in room was disgustingly dirty. Food, grease, and grime all over the cushion and armrests. The $100 deposit they say you will get back after check-out never happens. They end up keeping $33.00 for "parking" yet never mention that. The heater did not work in the room and sounded like an airplane when running. It smelled like smoke in the room if you turned the AC on. Not in the greatest of areas either.

I had stayed in a Ramada hotel in a different city and the experience was almost perfect. Clean bed, bathroom, floor and a good satisfying breakfast so I said I will go to a Ramada next time I book. This one was the complete opposite, not worth the price. Uncomfortable bedding, unclean wooden floor, no soap in the showers and no breakfast.
