The hotel is nice and some good updates. Room was nice but fireplace didn’t work, which is why we got the room. Asked front desk and they got it going first morning and it didn’t work again. Breakfast was big but they couldn’t keep up even on a Friday morning. Asked staff to change over card to CC since I had deposit on debt and they didn’t do it after asking twice. These are all little things really it was clean, safe and comfy.

Amazing hot bar for breakfast. Sausage, eggs, gravy, biscuits and fruit. The nicest ladies in the breakfast area. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the rooms clean.

Did not live up to billing. Room was updated but not enough lighting. Pool did not look clean. They said it was treated daily but sure didn't look like it. Check in fair. One individual rude. Our view was a dumpster and a shipping container. These should have been placed somewhere else.

We recently stayed at The Ramsey in Pigeon Forge and had a wonderful experience! We booked the room with the fireplace and hot tub, and it was the perfect cozy getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pool was absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight of our trip. The complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to start the day. The only downside we encountered was that the mini fridge in our room wouldn’t close properly, which unfortunately caused some of our food to spoil. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was fantastic. We would definitely come back and recommend The Ramsey.

Hotel staff, rooms and conditions of the hotel were top notch. Even better was that they showed disney movies in pool area on wall giant screen. My only complaint was we were relaxing in hot tub when a couple with kid complete with goggles and pool toys got in. Kid promptly dived under water got water in nose and then blew snot directly in water. We immediately got out grossed and sat in chairs to finish our beverage when 4 more kids with toys invaded hot tub. All of age where the hot tub was going to become a large toilet! We asked desk clerks if kids were allowed in hot tub and they said there were no restrictions whatsoever. Nice place to stay, just don't get in hot tub if you don't want to sit in kid snot and other functions.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this is probably one of my favorite! To start off, beautiful entrance once you arrive, staff is super friendly, room was excellent, really clean and absolutely loved the shower. Had a wonderful indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub with a big screen showing a movie at night! Oh yeah did I say the pool and hot tub was 24hours! Also loved how in the evening they served popcorn. Breakfast was phenomenal as well!

On the website everything looked great! At check in the staff member was not the best but I thought maybe she's had a long shift. When we first walked in the room I thought it looked nice until I filled the Jacuzzi tub and turned the jets on. All this black stuff started coming out! The pillows were like laying on a piece of paper. They flattened as soon as laying on them.When we went to eat breakfast the hostess was super friendly. The food however was awful along with the coffee and nothing was clean. Won't be back!
