My stay was absolutely horrible. There were stains on both beds (blanks and sheets), a burn hold in one blanket, mini hairs in one bed. The shower was filthy, there was a bug in it, and I never used it. The doors to get in were supposed to locked and only unlocked with a key card, but they were always unlocked. I felt like I was being followed given that a stranger had access to get inside. I was not informed that I could only receive after the first 30 minutes of check-in, but was informed of them taking and returning $50 if there are no damages. There was so sign of concern when expressing our fear and discomfort of staying at the hotel. I have never experienced anything like this and still believe I deserve a refund. I did not sleep through the night.
