I reserved 2 rooms for 8 nights each, but we left after only two nights. Despite my platinum status with Hotels.com, plus premium credit cards and debit cards, they demanded full payment in advance. There was no hint of this in their listing on Hotels.com. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide, and many in Georgia, but this was a first. I saw absolutely no reason for their policy, and appeals to management did not help. No reason was given by them. If they could not trust me, I could not trust them.
