This is the most barebones experience you can get. Being that it’s in Flagstaff, you don’t have many to chose from at 11p on a Saturday. I will say the beds were clean and comfortable. The parking was sparse being that they were probably full. We had a fridge, microwave, wall closet, and tv. They had k-cups, but no Keurig. Overall it was ok.

The first room had bugs crawling all over the beds and bathroom floor. There were stains on the bedding as well. When I reported this, I was given an option of switching rooms. At 8:15pm, I went into the second room being offered. There was an intense musty odor, the bedding was stained with visible stains, and in the bathroom, the shower was wet and there were dirty footprints on the bathroom floor. I videoed all of this and showed the attendant at the front desk, and he stated there was nothing he could do and I was free to leave since his manger was not on duty. This was frustrating because I was out the money spent and still had to find another room for the night. He also stated that he has full faith in the housekeeping staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and he had no explanation for the shower being wet in the second room. We did not stay the night.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room 281 was in ok shape and was mostly clean but a tad too small for what was in it. TV had damage in the screen but worked fine. Bed was comfy. Shower was nice but not enough towels or cloths for 3 people in a 4 person room. Train across the street was noisy and several other guests were heavily smoking various things outside causing it to come into the AC unit and smell bad.

Miss advertising badly. Motel 6 level at most. Don’t have even single hangers for towels. People smoke weed though the night near by A/C unit, and off course all get in side the rooms. Same with a packed cars, most was backed up to A/C intake on wall. Why hotel not inform or sign and enforce this coming sense rules. Poor managed property is bad experience for travelers. Do not recommend stay there

I would like to start by saying my husband and I used to LOVE this property. Unfortunately in most recent years it has gone completely downhill. The lack of empathy or follow thru with the staff was unmatched. Had to be moved out of our original room as the bathroom door was coming off its hinges. The second room was not much better with faulty light switches, exposed electrical in the “jacuzzi” tub (which also was not functional), the internet did not work in our room which also meant the TV’s did not work. The office did send maintenance to fix the tv’s connection issues ( he gave us a new remote and called it a day). When checking in, you have the option of a live person or a kiosk in the lobby which has a remote video of a person overseas that processed it real time. It is loud, overwhelming and hard to understand with the strong accent and possible language barrier. While they advertise check out is at 11AM, they have their cleaning staff start knocking on doors to move people along, we had our first knock at 9AM when we were trying to get two teenage girls and a toddler ready for the morning. The housekeeping staff also had an amazing storage location for the clean sheets in between rooms, in the ashtrays on top of the outside trash cans, while they were in bags, anyone with respiratory issues knows this is not cool. If I could give negative stars I would, however that is not even an option. Can honestly say we will NEVER be back to this hotel and recommend it to NO ONE
