Great stay

Was a lovely overall stay. Staff was very attentive & polite and happy to help wherever they could. Very welcoming. Stayed for 3 nights with my family with half board and only problems we really encountered was the bedroom window didn’t close properly, my daughter found discarded sweets under bed from previous guest, television didn’t connect to internet but still had daytime tv and hot water for shower took ages to warm up but did eventually. Luckily pre-paid for half board which included breakfast and dinner, main menu is rather overpriced for what it is if buying singularly and breakfast was good if you got there early. But still overall was good. We was the only family down for dinner each night and the Chef was great! He looked after us brilliantly, he was so attentive to us and the children. Anything we needed food wise, he sorted it. As a chef myself with 15 year experience in the hospitality trade, he went above and beyond. Thank you Chef! Would happily stay there again

Bluewaters

Hotel much as expected. An old building with limited scope for improvement, aimed at budget market. Perfectly adequate for a short stay. Plus points - good location. Minus points. - rather tired furnishings, beds not very comfortable, lift not working. Fire alarm set off during the night - quite disruptive. As clean as probably was practicable. Good breakfast, chargeable extra though. Overall a reasonable experience.

Bluewater stay

Where do i start. The room was horrible it had ripped wallpaper was very small and the noise was so bad even with the windows closed. We had a back bedroom in 216 everytime you walked the whole room bounced and the wardrobe banged against the wall. The noise from outside was traffic all night and bins banging away at 7am. The shower was really small and flooded the bathroom floor aswell. On a positive note the food was fantastic on the half board the chef was really polite and freindly and the food was great. If you are going to stay here avoid room 216 as it feels like your going to fall through the floors and the noise is dreadful we didnt get much sleep.

Nice for a weekend stay

Nice hotel comfy beds first room we had to change to another because bed was dirty couldnt sleep on that. Bar nice good prices, staff friendly.

We were upgraded that was amazing the room was fantastic. The only issue we had was the smell from the drain in the shower we reported this and it was sorted quickly. The bath was dirty and could do with a proper good clean

Blackpool overnight

Room ok for overnight stay but cleanliness of bedding let a lot to be desired as we had dirty foot prints over ours. Back view to hotel not best yard full of broken cupboards and wood. A positive point was the staff were really welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

We went with a 15 month old baby put us on top floor with a room full of party animals next door woke my baby up at 2am went on till 5am baby was crying so was abit disappointed but overall was clean friendly staff

A fabulous and friendly team

I booked the hotel for one night for me and 2 friends, we booked a suite and while there was no view the rooms themselves were big, spacious and well equipped, one with a kings size bed and another with two singles. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. The lovely lady that checked me in was amazing and really knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. While the hotel is dated and could do with a lick of paint, this wouldn’t put me off staying here again.

Was disappointed in the pool and spa. Was a very cold, small pool, jacuzzi wasnt working and the sauna was an infrared sauna. You have to book an hour and we lasted 7 mins. Was too cold. The room cleanliness was nediocre. Spilt coffee down the walls, no curtains at the windows and room didnt feel secure.
