Breakfast items could be a bit fresher including not so warm and spoiled tasting milk.clean the parking lots better so that needle caps and syringes aren't seen in the parking lot or grass areas when walking the sidewalk to the office. And it's sad when the room is 100 times cleaner when checking out than it is when checking in. A few of the staff including the supposed to be maintenence dudes could be a bit nicer to the guests. Jay is friendly and helpful, is always welcoming and makes for a good vibe when checking in!

This place needs work!! The a/c didn't work properly. The TV didn't work properly. The shower was very Frustrating... When you turn the hot water on, warm water does come out of the bathtub spigot. However, when you flip the lever to get water out of the shower nozzle, cold water comes out! I had to use the ice bucket filled with warm water to rinse off!! Aggravating. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the area was quiet.

We didnt get stay here because they sold my room to the furniture ppl. They called me a hr and half before me and my family arrived to ley me know that my non smoking room had been giving to someone else but they had a smoking room for the same price. No ty. My bf is allergic to the smoke. I even called 2 days prior to arriving to confirm they had my reservation and was told it was available. Very unorganized.

There was no breakfast offered and the advertisement claimed to have free breakfast. We could only get a cold shower. There was no hot shower. The ad said it's pet friendly. We drove over 400 miles with our small dog only to be told dogs weren't welcome. When we started to walk away they said we could stay but we had to let them hold $100. We also paid a $60 pet fee. We did get our $100 back though. The rooms were dark and dirty. There was no coffee pot. This was one of the most awful places we have ever stayed. Never again.
