The hotel is across from a supermarket but there aren’t any restaurants within easy walking distance, and walking after dark did not feel like the right thing to do, so I ended up eating at the hotel restaurant, which was okay. Just okay.
Hot water seemed to take a long time to get to the 2nd floor. The room had a coffee maker, but with porcelain cups, which made me wonder if they were dishwasher clean, or washed in the room with my towels. Ditto the drinking glasses. No refrigerator. Breakfast was satisfactory and they keep it open until 10:30 am, which was nice, as I’m not hungry when I first wake up. And if you bring a guest to your room for a visit, they charge an extra $50.
