The room was ok The dining area was extremely cold and nothing was done to correct it it was that way for both days that I stayed there Also the breakfast food was not very warm almost cold I doubt I will stay there again

When we checked in we were informed that our room didn’t have a working tv and maybe it could be replaced the next day. It was replaced, but the first night was unacceptable especially since we also had no hot water. This is a large property with breakfast provided. The other diners at breakfast seemed to be long-term residents that were otherwise homeless

I paid for 3 people and I ask for a king size bed They charged me for it but instead I got a queen size room I brought my wife and kid and I ended up sleeping on the floor for that reason I had to tell my wife to go back home also there was problems with the hot water They told me they were going to take care of my problem but never said a word to me and I spoke to them twice . Water

Windows leaked water in, part of the drywall was missing, very dirty, blood on the sheets, shady place and not safe, people were loud and slamming doors all night. The front desk guy was clearly judging u.

U can get the lid off ur beer bottle while using the bathroom

Cons out dated bathroom, cracked walls that were patched, smelled of dirty mop and fabaloso, breakfast was option of eggs sausage, toast, burnt pancakes, mini muffins, coffee, apple juice, and milk. Pros comfortable bed,quiet, pleanty of parking, great location close to stores and pleanty of restaurants.

Nice hotel about 15 mins from Ren Faire. Friendly snd helpful staff. My son forgot his wallet and front desk person went to room to get it and held it for us at front desk. Ok breakfast with good coffee.

It’s been a few years since we last stayed. It was a pleasure to have free breakfast now included. The food was fresh & hot. Wonderful variety of breakfast options. Renovation will be underway on the rooms. The bathrooms are antiquated but the sleeping areas were perfect. Polite & kind staff during all hours.
