Although advertised as such, there was basically NO breakfast. This was VERY disappointing, because it was a huge part of my booking this hotel. There was coffee. There was a couple bagles and a few pieces of toast. Not even a fruit bowl. I didn't understand that at all. Very sad and misleading.
There were fruit flies all over my room the entire 3 night stay.
There was hair on my bed :( I understand things get overlooked, especially that, but it still added to my negative experience.
The "view" was the ugly rooftop w the a.c. units, etc. The pictures online show a beautiful gazebo with green grass and flowers. There was no gazebo. I don't know how long ago those pictures were taken, but it wasn't accurate to now.
When I pulled up, I had to double check my maps because I thought it was a run-down construction building, not a hotel.
There is no bar, although there is a sports bar room there, so that was a bummer, but I guess that is what it is.
The hallways reek of cigarette smoke- not that someone was smoking in the hall at that time, but most likely in their rooms.
A woman came in at one point, wanting to rent a room for one hour- so make your assumtions- but it doesn't seem like the "best" part of town.
While I was waiting in the lobby, the hotel associates were just cussing up a storm, and it was very unprofessional and not appreciated.
*The staff were kind, however, so that was the good part.
I would NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel and hated it overall.
