Convenient location, met the standard needs. I liked a microwave and fridge in room. Bed was comfy. Liked having a diner attached. Could have been a bit cleaner. There was a lot of dirt clumps or dead bugs in the light of the bathroom. Aside from that everything was fine.

The “complimentary hot breakfast buffet” was cereal, a few slices of bread, and an apple. Thankfully, there was a diner attached to the hotel so we ate there, but only once because my eggs were uncooked and it took 20 minutes to get new ones. The hallway on our floor was dark and smelled heavily of cigarettes. The room smelled better once the AC was on. Our room was mostly renovated, but the curtains were kinda gross, the tv’s picture wasn’t clear, and there was a bug in the bathroom that looked like a roach. I would’ve taken a picture but it crawled back into the wall before I could. Thankfully the bed was clean and everything looked fresh and new or we would’ve left right away.

Didn't need the air conditioner. Had to change my room. Bugs in the first room. Second room toilet wouldn't stop making noise. Next room the bathroom door looked like someone had locked themselves inside and broke the frame. Bathtub kept dripping. The breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs and only white bread for toast and no yogurt offered.

When we checked in we were informed that our room didn’t have a working tv and maybe it could be replaced the next day. It was replaced, but the first night was unacceptable especially since we also had no hot water. This is a large property with breakfast provided. The other diners at breakfast seemed to be long-term residents that were otherwise homeless

The stay was terrible. The lady at the front desk had an attitude problem. There was no washers and dryers to do laundry, there was no couch in my room. They only would give me one extra pillow, and 2 extra towels. The online reservation said about having a pool, but did not specify that the pool was not inside. They then proceeded to tell me and my 6 year old son that we couldnt play with the squirt guns that we bought specifically to use at the so called pool. They had a phone in the room, but no paper or labels telling you what extensions calls where. Not even for the front desk. The lady at the front desk was very rude. And had this really annoyed look on her face everytime I had to come and ask her a question. The ice floor is only on the 1st floor which is EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT. Completely unimpressed.

Definitely was an outdated hotel. It was clean and it sufficed for the two days. It seems more like a local hotel with local people staying. It doesn’t seem like it’s a very big chain type.
