We stayed in a pet room. The room was old and needed updating. Most things were clean and there were no pet smells, but the carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed and there were items from previous guests under the beds and dresser. The management and staff were apologetic and refunded our pet fee. Management and staff were great.

This is the third time I have stayed here, and the property never dissapoints. To sum it up, it's very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are immaculate. The beds are super cozy. It's very quiet. The grounds are clean and well kept,. There's plenty of parking, and the staff are super polite. The continental breakfast is an added bonus, and the price is great! This will always be my go to motel anytime I have to stay in Sweetwater!

Stayed at this location at the beginning and the end of a faĺl break trip. First stay was great, no problems. Excellent service. Day host told us about a beautiful waterfall just a short drive away. Second stay we had issues with the A/C in 2 different rooms but staff was great and got it all straightened out. Beds super comfortable. Breakfast basic. Coffee good.

The room was very clean and smelled good. The office staff was friendly and the breakfast waffles were really good. th bathroom door needs to be replaced and the caulking had mold on it. Other than that it was very good

Black grout in tub tile, one sink all cracked, tissue box badly rusted, one sink held together with caulking, back of bathroom door veneer missing, burned out light bulb, no USB outlets, no clock, noisy plumbing, seat didn'tmatch toilet size and was at an odd angle. Bed and pillows were comfy. Would have been nice to have a second chair.
