Would not recommend!

Our room did not lock when we first arrived. They reprogrammed our key, which continued to be troublesome throughout our stay. Our air did not work. We reported immediately but they never came to fix it or offer another room. We reported again and they just told us they had it noted. We heard water running all night, but not sure where it was coming from. Overall the room and bathroom needed repairs. Very poor experience for the cost.

Belle étape avant une journee à zion

1 Grande chambre pour 3 avec 2 grands lits confortables. Accueil souriant. La vue sur la montagne du 1re étage est magnifique. Petit déjeuner compris complet :céréales, fruit, yaourt, jus de fruit et boisson chaude 👍 le shuttle pour Zion est presque en face de l’hôtel et évite de prendre la voiture (parking gratuit à l’hôtel)

Nice hotel

The hotel was quiet and clean. The only problem for us was not having a protein breakfast in the morning before we needed to get to the transport to the park. Restaurants didn’t open until 8 am, tram was at 7 am. They offered a bag breakfast the night before; an apple, muffin, bagel, cream cheese and yogurt. Some boiled eggs would have been terrific. Super friendly owners.

Decent but overpriced

The afternoon representative was helpful as the tv needed to be reset, and the morning representative was welcoming and helpful. However there is no one onsite from 9pm til 7:30am. A decent stay but felt very overpriced for what it actually was. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby was nice.

Nice place in the middle of Springdale

The room was clean and was right in the middle of Springdale. Made walking to the shops and market east. The shuttle stop was not to far from the hotel and made it easy to access Zion. The rooms can use more light it felt a little dark the bathroom has only one light and it is over the shower area. The light have the blue led tint so it didn't make everything warm and inviting. The grab and go breakfast is okay you get a small muffin, bagel and cream cheese, a small yogurt and an apple. I would just walk to Farmstead bakery and grab a fresh pastry and coffee instead. Overall it a good place to stay and I booked far enough in advance the price was reasonable.

Nice but poorly insulated.

The property is new and clean however these new building are very poorly built and you literally hear every single noise from the guests on the 2nd floor rooms. Walls and celings are paper thin. Location is convenient, I highly recommend booking a 2nd floor room in this property.

Perfect Location to Zion

We loved the location it was in the middle of the strip near the restaurants and activities. Zion National Park was a mile away. My only complaint is housekeeping didn’t clean our rooms by emptying the trash cans or refilling the toilet paper.

Fabulous day in Springdale

Springdale is a wonderful place to spend a few hours a perhaps a week or more. Unfortunately, we only had one night and made the best of it. We enjoyed this day. It was convenient. It was walkable. The room was pleasant. The surroundings were beautiful. We felt safe and spend as much time outside in the surroundings and walking the community in the evening as we did in our room this is absolutely a must do.
