The staff were amazing - we got upgraded to a villa which was just gorgeous and Dew helped us settle in. When my young son and I got sick and needed a doctor everyone helped us and the hotel even provided dehydration medicine... The pool was spotless and the beach was beautiful. The hotel was fairly new so everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were all very nice, but their English was a little hard to understand. Also the breakfast menu felt limited after two days. The beach was wonderful and the pools were nice. It was unfortunate that we couldn't use the infinity pool because of our young child. As long as an adult accompanies the child, they should be allowed to use the infinity pool.
