Positive: Staff was amazing!! Location was good for purpose of our visit. Negative: Room phone was did not work. Bathroom was under stocked (asked for more linens and toilet paper). However, the property was not anywhere near the same quality as in 2024.

The hotel was good for the price. They are currently renovating as my room is obvious of some of those upgrades, but still needs minor improvements such as flooring and furniture upgrades. The staff was friendly and professional from beginning to end. The breakfast was also good. They had a variety to choose from each morning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel if visiting New Orleans or surrounding areas. 👍

The room was overall fine, but the tub was painted and the paint is coming off, the door of the bathroom had a hole like it was hit from the inside and over all the hotel looks very run down. The room was very clean (I'm a clean freak), staff was very kind, and parking is free (big plus in New Orleans). The breakfast was always stocked at the respective hours and it was yummy! The only concern I had was the shower curtain, it would not cover the full shower so water would get out, so we used a big towel to dry the floor.
