We had 2 rooms, each room had different issues with items in the room or missing. The AC was horrible in 1 and good in the other. Seen a few roaches, bed hard and pillows flat. While building being renovated and NO breakfast or coffee a advertised at all. Wouldn't stay there again.

Honestly, I thought ramada Inn had standards. Apparently not room was disgusting. Lobby was disgusting. I highly recommend not staying there. It was very poorly maintained.

I got what I paid for. But the question remains: Are guests entitled to a clean room? ABSOLUTELY! Your property can be in poor condition but the minimum is that it has to be clean. The floors have not been swept in ages, the toilet is not set correctly and is wobbly, the freezer needs defrosting, bedsheet had hair ( which meant that it was not changed), pillowcases lacked fresh scent, the ac unit as well as all the lamps were dusty. It felt like a health hazard. We left quickly the next am, I slept with my coat and socks on and laid still all night with my hands in my pocket…OH btw, no breakfast but it’s probably a blessing. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!
