First time checking in to JW KL and I’m satisfied with the stay except there isn’t any long handled shoehorn. Overall stay is good with good bed to rest and the noise is not too disturbing as it’s facing the road. Home attendant are friendly and very responsible in their work to ensure the room is cleaned. No regrets in staying here for 3 nights and I like the gym. It’s spacious. There’s a good variety spread for breakfast too.

The property is not clean, first room assigned on 2nd floor haf cockroaches, second room assigned on 3rd floor was not any better :( there were small spots of the bed bugs too. I changed the hotel right away. Will not recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic but cleanliness 0 you can see the hotel cleanliness by the finger prints and marks on the door, just a tip hope I get my refund. So far not one contacted me from the hotel about my change of hotel or experience. It's been 3 days.

Hotel is very nice but just outside the smell is unbearable. Basically a mall vacation given bad conditions of the streets a few blocks away and homeless people. But the malls are very large with many places to eat. Just not a fan of Malaysia. It’s the opposite of beautiful Singapore.
