Great stay! I wish the room was a little cleaner. The staff that checked us in should consider a customer service refresher.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars but major issue happened in the middle of the night. At 2am we decided to put the ac on because it got hot. Within a few minutes the room smelled like cigarette smoke. At this point it was in the middle of the night and we had to get up at early for an event. We tried to ride out to see if the smoke would clear but never did. So we turned off the ac and slept in the warmer room. The next morning, we asked another family that we came with and they said the same thing. We checked out early that morning and let the staff know.

Got to hotel late asked worker for bell hop cart told go ask someone else no notification that pool was not working (which was main reason of picking this hotel) had to pay for WiFi which any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at there was always free WiFi. The parking situation was the only convenient part of this hotel

Pay for parking is an extra expense. At this time about $32 for 24hrs. The pool was out of order and the front desk was dismissive and not much help. Housekeeping was nice and very helpful. The only thing in my opinion good about this hotel is the location. Will DEFINITELY pick somewhere else next trip. The place was clean and convenient tho.

If I knew I was gonna be treated like a second class citizen I wouldn’t ever use hotel.com to book a room at the Marriott since I booked with hotel.com. I had no access to the clubhouse on the 12th floor of the building so I couldn’t get a drink at the end of the day. The pool was shut down for the next month for maintenance. Had to pay for $36. For parking. Didn’t know that hidden charge was there also found out for my son that the Wi-Fi is also something you have to pay for $12 to 15. I did not see on the hotel.com site any of this I won’t be using hotel.com anytime in the future. Hotel cost was $301. Plus another $36 for parking to much for to little.

The hotel was great and the rooms and staff were wonderful. Conveniently located close to everything.
The only issue was getting food to the room. The woman that took my order was was quick to get me off the phone. She didnt explain the charge to deliver the 16.00 pizza to my room, just said it was extra and then hung up. Found out it was 12 dollars. Almost as much as the pizza! Then the pizza arrived almost an hour later and was so undercooked the cheese wanst totally melted.

It took 5 minutes to get to the room, every 5 minutes the toilet runs, all we heard was ambulance and snoring from the other room. Unexpected fees and pricey parking. I won't stay here again

It’s 14 days since I returned from this hotel. Booked a room with club level access. They offered beer for 5$ . On checkout I found I had been charged 13. Thought would be easy to sort out but was informed rudely that charge already taken and nothing she could do. Had to wait to speak to supervisor who more politely said same thing. No manager was on duty so I was fobbed off with a note being left for them and my account being credited. Guess what- this has not happened. We are only talking a few dollars but the principal appears to be that the hotel will deduct anything they want from credit card and you have no way off correcting it

Great location so we booked it however I will not stay again. Very busy hosting several proms over the weekend- the young adults were loud and disruptive. As a result of the additional people the hotel staff could not keep up with the cleaning. Trash in the elevators, vomit in the bathroom and the lobby area had dirty tables with cups and napkins all over the place. The las t and worst thing- upon check in no one explains you must pay ahead for parking or get fined 15 mins after check in. There are signs but I did not think it was meant for guests staying overnight I thought it meant for guests using the facilities like the prom or dinner. Well upon check out I noticed I was not charged for parking and when I went to get my car I had a ticket with a $65.00 fine in addition to the parking fee. My fault however lazy, complacent staff can't explain this a check in? Too much money for too little to offer. Baltimore has much better places than this.

Checking in was not as smooth as expected unlike other renaissance hotels that i stayed in. I can hardly understand the desk agent. Paying for hotel Parking was confusing as it is not accepting payments. Front desk agent was helpful. Valet was informative. Noise can be loudly heard from both outside the room and the hallway.
