Our room and bedding was clean and in great shape. The breakfast area was comfortable. I left my favorite sandals in our room and the staff retrieved them right away, in order for the manager to arrange for them to be sent to me. Anxiously waiting on UPS contact.

This was way too much money for the quality of hotel. The breakfast buffet was advertised as very good. They were out of hot food each morning. We were there within 20 minutes. The first morning of our stay in over 30 minutes of waiting. The eggs and sausage were not restocked. The second morning it was a little quicker but the food quality was not good! We paid around $200 per night, and the night after we left the hotel went down to the '80s. That would have been an appropriate amount

If you don’t like motel style, don’t stay here. Outside door was standing open when we got there. Floor was filthy because of stuff blowing in. Bathroom was filthy, staff was not helpful. Walls are very thin. We heard the neighbor hit snooze 9 times before he shut it off.

Had to wait 2 hours past 3 pm check-in time because room wasn't cleaned until 5 pm. Room was clean and comfortable but had a very loud buzzing sound. Breakfast was pretty awful.

The room was a little run down. The corner of the room the sheet rock was separating on the ceiling. The spout diverted valve did not work properly so when I took a shower there was not much pressure from the shower head and I was standing in the tub water. I reported it to the staff. She did offer to change our room but we had already settled in so I did not change. The room definitely needed to be fixed. And you could here the woman in the next room coughing

Everything was just OK. All room access is exterior, meaning there are no hallways. This made me feel like I was staying at a motel. The breakfast was terrible. Waffle and juice machines didn’t work. Guests had pets in the dining area with no sanitizer near the food. I witnessed guess touching their pets then directly touching food/equipment. The breakfast selections are poor. I know it’s continental but selections were lackluster. The cleanliness of the room was inferior. I found a toenail on the floor and the toilet could’ve been cleaner. Because there are no interior hallways, even with the curtains, sunlight shines directly into the room even with the heavy drapes, which honestly weren’t that thick. Couldhave been the positioning of my room, but something to take into consideration if you don’t want to be awakened by sunlight. Also, because the toilet and shower are separate and the wash basins are basically a part of the room, It’s hard to exit quietly if you don’t want to wake someone. You basically have to brush your teeth, put makeup on, etc., in the main room. There is no line of demarcation. That was a major con for me since I had to leave early trying not to wake my guess…virtually impossible. I didn’t expect much for $99 and booked the hotel on a whim for only one night but I would not stay here again due to comfortability. I would spend more money. Unfortunately, the options in the area as a whole aren’t great just due to location. The staff was pleasant.

The man that was working that night was amazing! Very friendly and listened to my concerns. The picture on the Hotels.com site should be updated to reflect that these rooms open up from the outside instead of have room doors that at inside. But that is my only complaint.
