I was quite surprised that there was not a coffee maker in the room. Perhaps this is a new feature. Disappointing as I wake up quite early and had to get properly dressed to get a cup of coffee (although it was available 24/7). That is a comfort I enjoy in most hotels. Also, there was a loud clicking noise all night. Not sure what it was from but I thought someone was continuously trying to get into the room. I could also hear guests walking up and down the halls late at night so the sound proofing wasn't brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though. But due to these other circumstances, I won't be staying here again. One final note, I had to cancel one of my nights (which I did about 3 weeks prior to my stay), but I had to pay a cancellation fee. Hence, I won't be using Hotels.com again either. Super disappointing!!
