Mold on walls in bathroom. Cracked shower surround. 3 towels for two people for 3 days and no room service. They make you pay for parking and claim all hotels everywhere in the USA make you pay for parking. (That’s not true). No noise control of loud people overnight. Room next to us A/C unit was so loud it kept us up at night. Two thumbs down

Hotel is in the perfect location. The staff was great. I did not like the pillows they’re the flattest, worse excuse for a pillow I’ve ever slept with. Like, they’re probably the same pillows they opened the hotel with. Everything else was good. :)

The location of this hotel is excellent but the exterior spaces smell like pot. Our first king size bed room was tiny but clean and the inside didnt smell. But then a group of cars with bass thumping super sub-woofers that shook the room arrived on the street right behind the hotel at 11pm. I called the front desk and the desk said they couldnt do anything and would not call the police. Then the front desk reluctantly said they would move us to another room in the other side of the hotel. This room was bigger, clean, and didnt smell, but had two small beds (not a king size bed). As of this post the hotel has not compensated us for the inconvience.

It was a run down, pricy and overall not welcoming experience. The staff pretended to be the most attentive but didn't keep any of their promises. I was greeted in a true southern friendliness, but the nonses kept coming - we can get you a better room: the door was visibly busted open in the past and I had trouble locking it. The mold smell was clear in both rooms I tried, the breakfast was poor - stail bagels and water down coffee. The location in convenient to old town, but the noise level kept me up for tow days - no noise cancelation windows like in most hotels. I DO NOT RECCOMND!!!

Amanda at check-in was wonderful and very helpful. The location is outstanding for the Riverwalk area. And the pricing was reasonable. The condition of the buildings, however, are less than desired. A lot of painting and upkeep on the exterior needs to be done. A nice place to stay if you’re looking for basic overnight accommodation.

A lot to noise outside the door at night people were standing out talking loud late hours. I was on the first floor. Im aware check in is at 3pm. I arrives early staff stated no not til 3 i understood the rules and regulations. But then some one came n behind me she let her check in early wen i looked at her she then allowed me to check in only because i was noticing that she had done so but told me no at first upon. But all is still well

Staff was wonderful in the lobby. We had no reason to call them for anything after that. The room was as clean as it could be. A little tired decor, carpet could be replaced, but the location is what we were looking for a one night stay on a long drive. Disappointed in the breakfast not including eggs or sausage.
