The lady at the front desk was so patient and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She even brought our cup we left in the lobby to our room. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. I wish I remembered her name! Perfect location!

The room did not look like the photos on the website. Our room was smaller. It was cramped. The room needs to be updated/repainted… rusty spots on bathroom door….while someone was sitting at the desk, there wasn’t enough room to walk around to get to the bathroom. … Good thing is the location— the location is wonderful. It is in the historical district. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and trolley pick-up.

Do not go

The room is nothing pictured. We smelled mold and mildew,which i have allergies to, no service durjng stay. Only one chair. Rokm small. Had to pay $75. For parking ( which was not noted) also suppose to have breakfast. I called to check on meal and they had cold coffee ,a couple boxes ,flavors,cereal and bagels. I was told sausage ,cereal, bagels and pancakes.Tables crammed in lobby , you could't get around the 2 tables. NOT we ended going out and closest restaurant , for eggs and bacon was $65. Crazy

Birthday week

We were there five nights,accomidations were good, the location is excellent close to everything we will consider staying there again in the future. Can't say enough about the location it's totally worth it.

In Shambles

The Inn is in shambles, Our stay was rough! Outside the hotel is not taken care of and very dirty, we thought the rooms would be better. Well we were wrong! The carpets in the room were dirty with cigarette burns, the one bed had yellow stains on comforter and the bed had a smell of urine and feet. The counters were still dirty and mirrors had splatter from what appeared to be someone brushing their teeth. Shower head falling off, curtains to short to block window, cracks in walls, and shower curtain was half on the floor of the shower. Very load at night which made it hard to sleep. Please spend the money for a nicer spot! Not recommended it changed my life!

Two Star Hotel

The hotel is long in the tooth. A few little perks would be nice, such as a TV channel guide, a shower curtain that fits, some caffeinated coffee, a working wi-fi, and a refrigerator that was clean and not full of leftovers from the previous tenant. Hotel is in serious need of some updating.

Great location

Dated hotel but good for a one night stay. Great location near the River Walk. Parking costs extra, but reasonable based on other parking options. All king rooms are upstairs so if stairs are a concern, go for a queen room.

Made reservation 45 minutes before checking in. Room was very nice and clean.walk to river street very close and the steps to go on river street where modern and easy to walk up and down. You'll see what I'm talking about when you get there. They say parking available, but doesn't say it's an extra 20 dollars to park a night. There breakfast is a cold breakfast unless you use the toaster. Overall great if your staying one ,maybe two nights.

Savannah sucks

Hotel is old and out of date. Tv absolutely sucked was blurry and lack of channels. Didn’t clean room one day of stay. Had things stolen from back of truck on first night. Breakfast sucked bananas were green one day and rotten the next. Parking was terrible couldn’t hardly park full size truck.

Hidden Gem

I was worried after reading the reviews but pleasantly surprised :) Navy greeted us with a warm welcome. Yes our room was a little dated BUT it was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! I read that the street is super noisy at night(do to the port being down the road) so we brought a fan and that worked out great. We literally walked across the street and were in the historic district for tours, shopping and dining. We felt welcomed by many staff that we met and enjoyed other guests that we interacted with during our stay here. We are returning for sure next year for a longer stay :)

Short trip to Savannah

We had very nice stay for two nights. The location is perfect for a walkable time in Savannah. Make sure to check in early for a good parking spot. The room is basic, but the staff is wonderful.

Not worth it

Everything was broken such as both ice machines and the pancake maker. The front desk staff were rude except for the manager. There was no maid service unless you specifically ask.
