We stayed at this hotel for three nights to celebrate a special birthday, and our expectations were exceeded. The attention to detail throughout our stay was remarkable. From the warm and efficient welcome on arrival, complete with a complimentary glass of cava, to our departure, the customer service was exemplary.
There has been a very high degree of training for all team members who all demonstrated a professional and personable attitude. This level of customer service is the norm on a high end cruise ship but rarely do you see it in a hotel.
The rooms were beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, crisp linens, complimentary water, and a coffee machine. A large walk-in rain shower and Japanese toilet added to the overall comfort of our stay. We had an atrium room, which was very quiet.
The breakfast option was well worth the inclusion. Not only was it in a lovely setting, but the buffet was outstanding with a fabulous array of dishes that were tweaked daily. The rooftop bar was also worth a visit. You could relax by the pool, enjoy drinks in the evening, or even dine with a magical view of the cathedral as it lit up at night.
We also appreciated the very reasonable prices for drinks and food in the hotel, which were comparable to local bars and restaurants. The H10 Hotel truly deserves its high customer rating.
