Smells like stinky feet when you enter The location. The elevator is missing peices, and no ac, the light doesn't work to let you know what floor your on, and the inspectionsticker in conveniently not located in the elevator. Hallway smells worse than entrance. Have to use extra card key to keep the room Power on.Wires exposed on the wall. Floors not vacuumed nor have the vents or ceiling lights been cleaned. Lighting is horrid, just 1 yellow light bulb in the lamp. Bathtub was not clean, looks like maintenance is working on something. Bedding had dark stains on it and ant bodies on it. The walls have suff marks all through out. The door latch has been broken in half.

Given a room upon arrival, no lighting in bathroom, dirty sheets with stains, possibly bugs under mattress. I asked for another room and the 2nd room needed vacuuming, only 2 table lamps for lighting in the room. No lighting in the bathroom only a standing lamp. 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for 2 people. The elevator was dirty and felt unsafe. The hotel was dirty all around, carpeting, walls, and odor. The swimming pool was out of order, no hot breakfast and was not told any of this upon arrrival.

This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. The bathtub was filthy and when I tried to clean it it was soap scum from a long time when asked for it to be cleaned it never got done. When the maid supposedly cleaned the room she left our door open and it was opened all day as we didn't return til midnight and when I told the desk they didn't even apologize. The breakfast was horrible. The pool was out of order. I got stopped by a police officer and his statement was that it wasn't such a good place.

If I could give this place a negative number I would. Dirty. Dark. Bad area. The elevator was something special. The pool is broken. Our fan was broken. The light in our room was broken. The ice machine was broken but they tried to give us some gross dust from the bottom of something else. We didn't even stay for breakfast. We were worried about how gross it was where we couldn't see because of how gross it was where we could. Can't believe this is even allowed to stay open.

The place is run down, and the pool hasn’t worked in years. We were on the third floor, and the air conditioning in the hallway was out. In my first room, the air conditioning also didn’t work, so I had to be moved to another room. The furniture is outdated, and the property is not well maintained. I stayed there during the NCAA weekend, and there were no available rooms anywhere else to move to. The iron provided in my room was broken; I had to ask for one. While the staff was friendly, the place needs major updates. Be cautious with your vehicles; it feels sketchy, and a couple of people had their cars broken into. The remotes didn’t work, the phones in the room were nonfunctional, and the sofa bed had throw-up on it. The alarms didn’t work either—my smoke detector was on the floor in the closet. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed. My key card kept being deactivated even though id paid for the full stay in advance and no my card wasn’t placed by a phone or other things to mess with the magnetic strip. The room was disgusting, blood or something stained the floors and walls. Holes in the doors. The entire hotel smelled like weed was being smoked at all times and it was quite obvious the hotel was trying to air out the building because all the windows in the halls and lobby were left open at all times. The front desk staff had a very uncaring and flippant attitude over the inconvenience of having to go up and down to get my card reactivated and the other problems I had with the room. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. One of the tvs in the room wouldn’t work at all and the other one barely got a channel that came through clearly. The pillows were terribly flat, didn’t get a decent sleep either night we stayed. The hallways floors were filthy with trash in them both days never collected. The carpets were nasty. Lastly we weren’t supposed to have housekeeping in the room unless it was requested which we did not request it and they went in while we were out anyway. I deserve a refund over the awful experience we had. I am pregnant and had my daughter with me. The last thing I wanted to breathe in for 2 days was a nasty weed smell that we couldn’t escape without leaving the premises.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I could not understand anyone at the front desk at all. As they sat there smoking pot. The facility was filthy!!! Our room. Pillow cases had mascara on them. Out wash cloths had stains and looked like fresh lipstick on them. Show was so gross I bought flip flops to wear in the shower. The alarm clock cord looked to have been cut off. They used dollar store extension cords for TV and didn’t bother to block it with furniture or something. Tv remote was missing back cover They didn’t even use tape to hold battery in. The pool was green and completely unkept. The breakfast was old cereal with a gallon of whole milk only or white bread/toast. Window in room opened all the way and no screen. Very unsafe especially if u had kids or depression. And you have to use your key card to enable the electricity’s for the room. So being in Texas. You can’t come back to a cool room if u have to take key card with u. Highly NOT recommended!!!!!
