The Springhill Suites is in a great location! The room was mostly fine.
We prefer rooms where the light from the bathroom does not shine right on the bed.
The free breakfast was worth what you paid for it.

Road noise from the freeway right outside our room was awful. The AC was very noisy all night due to rattling plastic cover.

everything was good expect for the fact that we went to a concert and carpooled with some friends, came back to their car being STOLEN and no employee called the cops. they have a “security” and he didn’t do anything we told the front desk lady and she didn’t want to give us the name of the manager and kept laughing while talking to us like if it was funny.

The hot tub wasn’t working and no one emailed text or called us to let us know before we arrived and that’s what we were really looking forward to. the room was clean, but the cabinets and woodwork could use a remodel. Very nice breakfast!

My air conditioner did not work, I told the front office and no one ever came. They offered me a new room when I got back in around 12. It was just too late to move and I was exhausted after being on my feet all day coaching!

Terrible experience, very poor cleaning service at the hotel, reported to management on multiple occasions and the problem continued. The manager was rude and literally said that the problem was that I had too much time to complain. Rooms didn't get serviced even the day she assured me they would.
Worst stay at a Marriott ever, and I'm frequent traveler, bonvoy member.
