The condition of the room was questionable, if not poor. The top hinge on the bathroom door was broken, causing the door to drag on the floor. The entrance door to the building was broken; you could enter the building without a key card. The room itself was outdated in its decor, which can be somewhat excused. However, the general condition of the building was poor. The other guests were also questionable, both ethically and morally. We will not stay there again.

My room had the guts of door lock exposed because no plate covered it (but it worked), it had a dented in bathroom door, it had a dresser top with holes in it, and no instructions how to select channels on the tv. Front desk, breakfast service, clean linens, all excellent.

Hotel was decent. Great friendly staff. Rooms could use updated furniture and mattresses. It was also a rough walk to car in parking lot with the slushy snow

People living there. In the lobby like it was the living room. Same people in breakfast like it was the kitchen. They looked homeless and not very clean same cloths each day.

This hotel is really rundown. We stayed here for a school function and were not given a choice our school AD chose. As we were checking into the hotel there were two men clearly whacked out on drugs. The clerk put our two young girls in a room next to these people. We asked to have them moved. The blankets were very stained. The bottom of the showers were black. The furniture was in poor condition. Maybe do some upgrades and charge a little more to attract better clientele.

Overall it was a good experience, the place was a bit dated with the outside doors not fully shutting or locked, the room door seemed to be stuck always had to force it open and shut, the bathroom was clean but very small, the bed wasn't the worst but also not the greatest, the head board made it hard to get comfortable, very nice pillows tho, the pool area and hall to get there was very run down and ghetto along with the hot tub that looked more like a ses pool of pee and Germs,and was not hot at all. the pool was nice and clean, but the whole pool room needed to be repaired and updated along with all the exterior doors, the staff was very friendly i give the staff a 10 out of 10 but the hotel maybe a 6 out of 10, it was nice that it was so close to all the snowmobile trails and easy to access from the hotel.

This hotel has a bit of a strange layout, and is a bit dated. I had a good stay and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Nothing outstanding about the place, but I would definitely stay there again. The pizza place next door is excellent.
