We had 2 single beds that were comfortable. No window but we knew that and it was ok for us. Good shower. Tea and coffee. No milk. Good parking. Free. Quiet nice bar area. Fab food.

2nd time I've stayed at the marina Hotel. All good 👍. Nice rooms and easy parking and now has a bar on site. Had a bit of live entertainment on to boot. What more could you want. Definitely be back again. A+++++

The staff make you feel welcome and catered for. Room was clean and tidy, comfortable. Plenty of onsite parking HOWEVER, please make sure you log your vehicle registration number on the tablet at reception otherwise you can end up with a fine. We didn’t get told at check-in and only found out on the second night despite checking in online the day before arriving apparently the hotel and car park computer systems don’t communicate with each other. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A nice place to stay and close to the railway station if you want to go to London.

No AC! Clean and quiet but middle of nowhere.

6/10 Good

Really lovely staff & great food. Noisy room with cranky bathroom extractor fan going for a very long time after turning the lights on, so if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night.. be warned! Wifi didn’t work in the room which we were relying on. I like that they don’t interfere with the massive conjoined nests of multiple spiders outside the door to the room - respect for that, we need spiders in this world. Front door was seriously difficult to close from weather warping and didn’t lock, but was jammed so tight to get it closed, we would have heard anyone trying to come in during the night.

I love this place, it's in such a gorgeous location next to the river. The rooms are good and comfortable, staff very helpful, with a good new bar/restaurant. The only downside for me is that my usual choice of rooms (the only 3 rooms which I can get my bike into, as there's no secure bike parking here), which used to have a nice peaceful view of trees from their private patios, now have a great big trailer installed right in front of the patios. So no privacy, and it's not nice to sit in the patios any more.

10/10 Exceptional

Room was spacious and clean, good shower, excellent night's sleep as very quiet. Food choice other than the onsite cafe that stops serving at 19.30 is a 0.5m walk to the nearest pub that even though a green king was really excellent as was not your standard green king.

8/10 Very good

Really nice room. Very clean and and the ease of access to the car park and bar was brilliant. The only downside to this room is the lack of air conditioning available. We stayed during the English heatwave and it was very difficult to keep the room temperature down without leaving the patio sliding door open all night. Other than that, it's a beautiful location.
