We had a very nice stay. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect for waking to the most interesting parts of Madrid. The reception and concierge staff seemed to be distracted with how to use the computer system and we had to ask a number of times before we got a hold of the concierge to help us make dinner reservations.

Hotel is in excellent condition and well maintained. Location is perfect! We were able to walk to meeting places for all of our tours and Flamenco show. Excellent dining options and more than enough shopping within walking distance. This hotel is highly recommended by us!
