Loved it but when issue brought up not honest...

Well, the staff and overall stay was very nice. However, I suffer from health injuries and I NEEDED a hotel with jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was out of service for 2 whole days maybe 3. I did not check the first day... I understand but when I called after (checking out was crowded and heading to the airport to catch flight) to see if there might be some compensation they denied having a jacuzzi out of order! The front desk said it had been open. Both my daughter and I saw the closed signs and checked and water was ice cold. Who does that?!! If they don't feel a compensation or refund is appropriate fine, but to say it was not closed? Really? After going up and down several times for several days to check... I am surprised and shocked but lesson learned: DO NOT ATTEMPT AFTER STAY to discuss conditions.

Good but not what we were expecting

The hotel is beautiful and was clean, but it's very old. Our room was clean, but nothing impressive. The bathroom could have used an upgrade. There was no ventilation and the shower looked dingy. A water pipe burst while we were there, resulting in brown water running from the tap and shower. It was resolved in a timely manner.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Nice stay. Our original room had plumbing issues and the staff did not hesitate to move us to a new room. The finishes are starting to show wear but still nice. They accommodated charging our EV.

Great place!

I have stayed at a lot of hotels and Inn and Spa at Loretto is among the best. Most helpful and friendliest staff ever! The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I wished we could have stayed longer but if ever in Santa Fe again we will stay at Inn and Spa at Loretto.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Inn at Loretto.The room was well appointed and a nice size with a gas fireplace and balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants were all walking distance away. We only needed a car for excursions outside of Santa Fe.

Overall, the stay, the stores and staff were nice. The bar staff needed to be a little more attentive. We sat for ten minutes and had to flag someone to help, even after 3-4 staff members walked by us. Perhaps better communication among the team could prevent our experience in the future.
