It was clean. Staff was nice. Shower drained super slow. But the worst was the bed and pillow. The mattress was noisy and hard. When you moved it made noise, felt like you were laying directly on springs. The pillows were the size of a throw pillow! Weird. The price was great and simple was all we needed for this trip, but my husband and I got no sleep for two nights.

We will definitely come visit again. Thanks. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. There was plenty of hot water for baths and showers. The room and bathroom were very clean. And, all appliances were clean and in good condition. The was a wide variety on the breakfast bar. The hot scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy were fresh and a great way to start our mornings. There was also fresh juice to drink. My favorite was the orange juice. The coffee was fresh and very good, too.

The first room I was put in had to be switched because the heater was making an extremely loud noise all night. It just kept getting worse, and I couldn’t sleep. They moved me to a second room where the heater worked fine — but the cleanliness was even worse. I found condoms in one of the drawers. The smoke detector wasn’t even attached to the wall; the main piece was in one drawer. There was hair all over the bathtub, dirt and stains on the walls, and garbage under the bed. It honestly felt like they only change the sheets and do a quick vacuum — nothing more. On top of that, housekeeping walked into my room at 8:30 in the morning. They claimed they had been knocking for five minutes, which is absolutely not true. I was already awake and didn’t even have time to get out of bed before they came in. When I told them it was rude and disrespectful, the housekeeper got mouthy and acted like he did nothing wrong. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I definitely would not return.

We checked in late and at first everything seemed fine. Once I turned the TV off and tried to go to sleep, I realized the fan/heater in the room was extremely loud. It kept getting louder as the night went on, and I eventually had to turn it off because I couldn’t fall asleep. On top of that, the alarm clock randomly went off in the middle of the night. Then at 8:30 a.m., housekeeping knocked and immediately walked into the room. They claimed they had been knocking for five minutes, but I was already awake and didn’t even have time to get out of bed before they entered. That was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. They moved me to another room, but it wasn’t any better. I opened a drawer and found condoms inside. I also noticed the smoke detector wasn’t attached to the ceiling, and the missing piece was sitting in a drawer. That’s a serious safety concern. Overall, the cleanliness was below standard, and the entire experience was disappointing. I would give this place zero stars.

Staff was absolutely top tier, but the place is straight up the rodeway/motel 6/vegas with modern updated colors (new paint) and mirror stickons that are cute but.... you can polish a turd but its still a turd. The fridge was broken, th heat/cooling system was hit or miss, the bath curtain smelt like mold and the water temp was either scolding hot lava or ice age. The breakfast was sad panda but were thankful it was free, the pool was stupid packed and no towels so we froze all the way back to the room and the worst thing of all was the bed. I specifically stayed for a comfy bed and my back is so messed up from the nightmare that is the Howard Johnson... should be a 50$ nightly hotel room

Room was horrible. There were appliance cords hanging on the walls with no safety. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Toilet leaked. Water wouldn’t regulate. The bathroom flooring didn’t match. You could feel the linoleum lifting in the room as you walked. The bed was rock hard. Worse room I’ve ever been in.

My son and I stayed there three nights. Total was like $263. Not bad for a weekend. But then they want $5 for a wristband to go down the water slide which, why not just add that onto the cost of the stay? The shower in our room had no warm. Only hot or cold and it sprayed out of the neck of the pipe straight up to the ceiling. So we had to end up moving rooms at 11:00 pm just in order to take a shower. For breakfast all 3 mornings, they had biscuits and gravy that looked like it was a week old already in a crockpot and the taste was no better the scrambled eggs were so watered down they were inedible The manager was extremely rude to me after simply questioning the 5 bucks for the slides, during breakfast, in front of about 15 other guests.

10/10 don’t recommend. Booked this hotel over christmas for the slide in the pool for the kids. Slide was broken the entire time as well as one of the hot tubs. key cards stopped working every couple of hours so kept having to get new key cards over our 4 day stay. Room was dirty and not clean. very sketchy hotel, i don’t recommend!
