Perfect location

The location is perfect for French Quarter stay. Everything is within walking distance. Room with Toulouse St balcony has nice view. The onsite valet parking was worth it.

Birthday Celebration

Had a fantastic stay at the Mason Dupuy hotel. We had the deluxe king balcony room, overlooking the French Quarter in New Orleans. All the staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay there again. Our favorite hotel in New Orleans.

Great for the location and price

If you’re like us when you come to New Orleans, we are rarely in the room. This place is a bit dated when it comes to the rooms but they were comfortable. Our first room the AC didn’t work, but they were able to move us to another room. But LOL it didn’t have a phone, or working fridge, or hairdryer (which really wasn’t a huge deal). But at the end of the day, I’d rather have AC. We never got to try the hotel bar/restaraunt but did hear good things! The location was also great! There’s lots to do within walking distance!

Not what I expected

The fridge in my room 232 will need to be replaced, the noise from it wouldn't let me sleep so I had to turn on the AC to drown the noise from the fridge. My balcony came with two chairs and no table, staff had to remove a table from another room for me to place on my balcony. The lobby had a gasoline smell, guess that was from the parking lot. Finally, the elevators need to be inspected, they were very noisy.

Nice Hotel, but is in need of a little help

The location and the amenities of the hotel were excellent. The staff and restaurant personnel were an absolute joy! The room was clean, but was in desperate need of renovation. The biggest complaint was the A/C never really cooled the room to a comfortable temperature which made sleeping a bit of a challenge.

Perfect choice for my New Orleans vacation

I loved my stay here. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean, comfortable and perfectly located for my vacation. Financially reasonable as well. Always take heed where a hotel staff recommends you go, especially food wise. I had incredible eats all through the French Quarter. 5 minute walk to Jackson Square, so within reach of all the Quarter. Overall, my stay here was a huge factor in me having an incredible vacation.

Loved it!

Such a great little hotel. Perfectly situated right in the French Quarter, we were able to walk to everything the entire stay. Rooms were clean, staff was nice, quiet atmosphere even that close to bourbon street. Great stay!!

Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and full of character, with French doors that opened to a balcony overlooking the charming courtyard. Amazing hotel, excellent service

Amazing service and room, two things to be aware of. Dont use the sink water to drink or brush teeth, it has a bit of a strange smell. Id recomment using the complimentary bottled water for those things.
