Not for the weak

We went on a family trip and stayed for 3 days. The room smelled clean, but was not clean at all. Definitely would not stay here again. Staff is very nice, but the rooms need a severe deep clean and paint job. The room was extremely small. The linen and towels were covered in long dark hair, it was everywhere!

My wife and i travel a decent amount. We have stayed in some amazing places, and some ok places. This place has by far been the worst experience of all. Upon arrival into the parking lot, we were immediately told to not park in the front parking lot due to lack of space which there were plenty of parking spots available. But because of the size of our vehicle, we were told to park around the backside to where we couldn't even see our vehicle in our room. We walk into the lobby and it takes at least ten minutes for one of the staff members to come in and get our reservation started. We got our room key, open the door and while the fragrance was relatively pleasant. It was overpowering and punched us in the face. The room seemed dirty and felt dirty. I took off my shoes and took 2 steps onto the carpet and it stained. The bottom of my socks, picture included. We had to go to the store to pick up sanitizing and cleaning products, and pretty much wiped down the entire room and bathroom. Stains and smudges all over the walls. It appears as though the ceiling had water damage and was stained yellow. Bathroom is old and outdated. Didnt even want to try to shower. Just an overall terrible experience at this location. For the money i paid, i expect much more from a Travelodge by Wyndham. I will never return to this location

Instalación muy pequeña. Solo ofrece desayuno los fines de semana y eso no se indicó previamente. Cerca de Universal Studios. El estacionamiento es pequeño. Me parece que con habitaciones llenas es insuficiente. Limpio y como fue una noche pues fue pasable. Por un mal entendido, no se reconocía la previa reserva y se nos decía que solo había habitaciones de una cama cuando reservamos de dos.

Penalty for late check in

After checking in I discovered that my shower head was so low it requires sitting in a chair to use or use handheld standing up. Apparently I was given the last available room, one with a handicap shower. Ugh. I’ll think twice before ever staying at a Travelodge again.

The room was clean. When showering, water leaked under the door. My last night, the water line to the toilet was leaking. I could only get one channel on the TV. I notified the front desk the next morning, that evening, still one channel. I notified the front desk again the next morning, that evening, STILL one channel. I gave up on it after that. They could have followed up with me but didn’t.

We wanted a place close to Universal Studios that was budget friendly. The parking lot is small but they offer additional parking behind the building. Beds were comfortable, they had the best pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel, water was hot and it was clean. The women at the front desk were extremely sweet, which topped it all off. I will definitely stay again.

The bathroom had mold and definitely was not cleaned in a very long time. The shower was so slippery from the lack of cleanliness and we are hoping we don’t get sick from staying there.

El precio de la habitación para nada justifica lo que tenía, alfombra que olía a tierra, cama sin cabecera que te dejaba un espacio considerable entre el colchón y la pared, el baño recién pintado (de un día antes al parecer) olía super fuerte, tenía gotas de agua en el techo y cabellos pegados en la pared. Todo esto sin decir que se escucha todo de los cuartos pegados y no pudimos dormir ni 2 HRS seguidas por todo el ruido... Fatal, no vuelvo
