The young lady that checked us in was very sweet and kind and made sure we had everything we need. She greeted us with a warm and friendly smile! The room was in great condition, no issue there. The evening desk clerk was nice and helpful checking in, but the next night she had accidentally checked us out of our three night stay instead of the person in the room next to us. It was a very big hassle in the late evening to come back to after a nice day. There was complimentary water and the breakfast was a decent variety. The elevator, while on this occasion was working, it barely was.

The staff were amazing. We arrived to Dallas early and called the hotel to see if they would let us check in early. The lady working was very kind and told us by all means we could check in early. When we arrived she had the key cards ready and everything. They were extremely kind. The only downside was one of the elevators wasn’t working, and on the second day both were not working. However, I don’t think that was so inconvenient that I would take a star off. The southern hospitality more than made up for it.
