Room was fine, but little things in disrepair. Dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed, toilet seat had to be tightened, sink faucet loose. Ice machine didn't work, but no sign indicating such.

Not bad, not great. Room was good, breakfast offered is sub-par. For a one-night stay it is OK. Have learned not to expect much at a Days Inn and only use when going somewhere else.

Checked into a room that apparently was a smoking room. I honestly didn’t know that a room like this existed but I was informed of this once I arrived. Against my better judgement I said well I will try it and that the room couldn’t be too bad. Reason being they wanted $50 more for a non smoking room! Walked into the room and it was horrible. My eyes were burning and I turned around and had to pay more for an another room as all the rooms in the area were full. I frequent this area a lot and will avoid this place from now on. Being charged more for a non smoking room is insane.

Soon as we checked in, our room was pretty disgusting. All types of stains on the bed, lamp, sofa. Called for bedding to be changed immediately and housekeeper refused to change bedding. She said her boss said it’s “normal”. Spoke to front desk again. He said he’d send housekeeper back to my room. It took an hour and 4 phone calls for them to come change the bedding after going back and forth about it. Will never stay again.

I visited there a while ago and had them take my 100 deposit for. Spot of blood on a towel during my period, that upset me!! 100 dollars for a towel, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to go One more time. They quoted me one price to stay a little later, then changed that price later. When I brought it up with the girl at the desk she threatened to call the cops on me! We have been here 8 times in the last three months but these last two times customer service was TERRIBLE! We will NOT be back!!!

Rooms are in need of upgrades. Shower did not completely shut off and fan was very noisy. Needs an upgrade. It’s definitely dated. The one shining star was the person who checked us in. She has exceptional customer service skills and extremely pleasant.

I just wish there was some info in the room about things to do in the area as well as what the hours are for the breakfast. Other than that it was a great place for a rest before hitting the road again.
