Soft Pass

It was OK for a one night stay, traveling through. Locking the doors without an easy way to get in was inconvenient. No place to take pets to do their business. Coffee at breakfast was no more than colored water. We will probably stay elsewhere and pay a few dollars more, if ever needing to stop at Casper.

Room was not the cleanest. Pool was down for cleaning. Could not use the spa, because they had put too much chemical in it. All you could smell was chlorine. Was only a one night stay thankfully.

Great hotel, staff

I booked online. Received text to precheck in which was nice. During that part they offered upgrades. I had a pet and you pay extra for so got that taken care of and received text pet approval then another saying pet denied. Was worried because room was non refundable. Called and gentleman said yes I denied it cuz I will charge you directly when you arrive. That was my only worry. Everything else was great.

Has potential…

AC was very noisy and didn’t work well, shampoo was completely empty and body wash was used and empty, check in took way longer than anticipated, side doors didn’t work with key card so we had to walk around to the front to then walk through the entire hotel in the middle of the night, bed was comfortable but the bed frame was very squeaky and wobbly causing for a noisy night from any movement. Room was clean and bed was comfy but otherwise the hotel and stay was mediocre at best.
