It was clean, staff friendly and efficient. Sad to see jacuzzi is permanently off limits should say that in the hotel booking sites. Love having a sauna. Breakfast options great. We have stayed here a couple of times for ski trips it is convenient to get to them from here.

Staff was friendly however housekeeping could use a class in cleaning. There was a spill on the stairs that was never cleaned, dust on the fire extinguisher box, trails of sidewalk salt everywhere.
