Front desk was very nice. However, the motel is in bad shape. Stairs uneven and loose, second floor felt unsafe due to crooked beams and railing, door to the room was messed up, and there was damage to the furniture and walls within the room. We went back to the office and requested a refund, which was given to us without question. The room rate was very low, so some leeway should be given, but safety was definitely an issue.

Old rundown property. No working tv. No working phone. Coffeemaker had coffee but no cups. Coffeemaker spit water out the side. Did not make any coffee. Bed was comfortable but cold. No blanket. Could not adjust the temp on the air conditioner. Had coffee in the lobby but no breakfast and no food items of any kind to purchase.

The front desk clerk amber was super rude called to let them know we would be arriving late I called at 10:30 she advised me that she canceled my room cause I didn’t arrive at 7pm we were on the road and had no cell service as soon as I got service I called and was super nice she was rude from the time she answered the phone told her my first name and she cut me off by saying yes Norman last name it’s been canceled I asked her if she still had rooms available or had sold out she said she has two left but by the time I get done calling booking and getting them to reinstate reservation she would be sold out I advised her i had insurance on booking and could call them later is she could just make a new reservation for me I’d give her my card info over the phone she told me no that I wasn’t listening to her and she wasn’t gonna book me another room it was canceled and that was that there was much more To the conversation with her rudeness I could continue to go on every time I tried to speak she would cut me off or yell over me at The end she hung up on my when I tried to call back she picked the phone up and hung it up I’m guessing they have caller id so I get my husband to call And she did the same thing to him I then get my friend and to call and ask if she could get a second room she told Her id she was as calling for me if I was The friend she wast gonna make the reservation then went on to tell us that the hotel had half The rooms shut down due to bed bugs.

The room was disgusting. The property was a wreck. The beds had dried blood on the blanket and mattress. The bathroom was derelict and had a roach issue. The outside seemed unsafe with people loitering and smoking of the balconies.

The room was very basic. I reserved a king and got one but there was only 1 bath towel, 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel for a 2 night stay for 2 guests. There was a coffee maker but no coffee or amenities. Upon arrival, there was a very strong bleach smell but the caper had not been vacuumed. 3 small pillows on the bed with no other options or additional blankets.

Very disappointing stay. The property is in very poor condition overall. Towels were extremely thin from overuse and visibly yellowed. The room smelled strongly of tobacco, which was unpleasant. The mattress was bent in the middle and very uncomfortable. The entire hotel looks neglected, with an old sign at reception saying “no breakfast until further notice.” It feels more like a rundown mom-and-pop operation than a chain hotel. This property needs serious attention and maintenance.

The rooms smelled like that haven’t been cleaned properly in years, you got one towel, the beds had a sheet and a very thin top sheet that had holes in them, the walls were dirty, the floors were dirty, the shower did not drain properly. The TV was broke, the property was dirty with trash all over, looks like there are many people who are living in this property and do not leave. The only thing that was a plus in the sweet lady at the front desk. I don’t know her name since she was wearing a regular t shirt and no name badge but she was very nice.

We didn't even stay, we asked to see the room. We took pics and showed it to the lady at the front desk. Live and dead roaches plus a large stain on the bedding. She apologize and she said she would tell cleaning. But when I chose the hotel it was very misleading, no where close to LaQuinta Inn that I normally stay at. We asked for our money back and stayed somewhere else.

The hotel was chosen due to its breakfast and price, upon arrival we were advised that the kitchen was being remodeled, therefore no breakfast nor a voucher to compensate. The room was reserved for 6 people, but only had 1 bath towel and 2 wash towels. Then as we left, I noticed some red spots on my arms, neck, and face, of which I do have pictures, turned out to be bedbug bites. It was a disaster from the start, we will never go back to this hotel. If I knew how to get a refund I would have done it. We were in room 260. Thanks LRod
